Editorial Policy
How TradeGlean approaches sources, chart examples, author responsibility, and corrections.
Updated
Purpose and responsibility
TradeGlean explains chart reading and trading concepts for educational use. Coverage includes general market analysis, XAUUSD, foreign exchange, and cryptocurrency. Adrian is responsible for the publication and its editorial decisions.
Articles are not personalized advice or instructions to enter a trade. A market, platform, or product being mentioned does not make it suitable for a reader.
Sources and accuracy
Factual claims should be supported by sources that readers can inspect. Primary sources, such as official product documentation, exchange specifications, and regulator publications, take priority where available.
Facts, interpretations, and hypothetical examples should be distinguishable. Rules, fees, and contract specifications can change and vary between providers and countries. Readers should check current official information before acting on them.
Links to regulators are educational references. They do not imply that a regulator endorses TradeGlean or that the rules of one country apply to every reader.
Charts and examples
Historical and hypothetical examples are illustrations, not a verified performance record. They can benefit from hindsight and may omit execution costs or other real-world conditions.
When an example depends on a date, timeframe, data source, or calculation assumption, that context should accompany it. An indicator or chart pattern cannot guarantee what happens next. Important limitations belong beside the explanation, not only in a disclaimer.
Independence and disclosures
TradeGlean currently carries no advertising or sponsored content and uses no affiliate links. If that changes, relevant commercial relationships will be disclosed with the affected content, and this policy will be updated.
There are no claims of guaranteed returns, trading qualifications, or audited results. Personal background is not used as a substitute for evidence.
Corrections and updates
Factual errors should be corrected when identified. A material correction will include a note explaining what changed; small spelling and formatting edits may be made without a note. A revised article should show an updated date when its substance changes.
To report an issue, use the contact page and include the article URL and supporting information. Read the risk disclosure for the limits of using educational material in trading decisions.
